Prompt
Wire up Notion, Linear, Postgres, or any MCP server with `claude mcp add` — no config file editing required. MCP turns external services into first-class tools. The CLI `claude mcp add` writes the config for you. Scope it to `--scope user` for personal tools (Notion) or `--scope project` for team tools (a staging DB). The model gets typed access and you skip the copy-paste-from-docs ritual. Implementation example: claude mcp add postgres-staging \ --scope project \ --env DATABASE_URL=$STAGING_URL \ -- npx -y @modelcontextprotocol/server-postgres claude mcp list # see what's wired up
