Prompt
An experimental `CLAUDE_CODE_NEW_INIT` flag rewrites `/init` to scan your stack, linters, and CI — producing a 60-line CLAUDE.md instead of 400. Most CLAUDE.md files are written by hand even though Claude can infer most of the content from source. Daniel San surfaced an experimental flag that switches `/init` to a scanning mode: tech stack, linters, CI config — Claude proposes them and you approve before anything is written. His repo went from 458 lines to 68. Still experimental, expect it to change. Implementation example: // .claude/settings.local.json { "env": { "CLAUDE_CODE_NEW_INIT": "1" } } // Then: /init
